Wilson Cables was an active participant in the Laos International Building and Construction Exhibition, the largest building and construction-related event, from 15-17 June 2017. LaoBuild 2017 comprised of 3 industry related events – LaoEnergy’17 (International Power & Electrical Engineering), LaoWater’17 (International Water & Wastewater) and LIVAR’17 (International Ventilation & Air Conditioning).

Laos is one of the fastest-growing economies in Asia. The economy has doubled in size since 2006. The building and construction sector is a key driver of the economy with major infrastructure projects in the pipeline.

Wilson Cables exhibited under the Singapore Pavilion which showcased a selection of Singaporean companies focusing on high-quality products. Besides formally launching the Wilson brand in Laos, the event was an opportunity to seek out new local distributor partners.
