Jefferson Tan Eng Hwee is the General Manager of Sales & Marketing at Wilson Cables.
He leads strategic sales initiatives and drives the company’s market expansion across Singapore, South Asia, and the Middle East. With over 30 years of experience in the electrical and cable manufacturing industry, Mr. Tan is recognised for his expertise in business development, market strategy, and leadership.
Since joining Wilson Cables in 2019, Mr. Tan has been instrumental in reshaping the company’s sales approach, strengthening client relationships, and expanding its market presence. His innovative strategies have significantly contributed to Wilson Cables’ reputation as a regional industry leader.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Tan held senior positions at Keystone Cable, Draka Cable, and Nexans Singapore, where he successfully penetrated new international markets and secured high-value contracts. He is actively involved in the industry as a Council Member of the Singapore Electrical Contractors & Licensed Electrical Workers Association (SECA) and as a member of the Singapore Standard Work Group for Electric Cables (TC1WG2).
A graduate of the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mr. Tan combines a strong academic foundation with practical expertise, consistently delivering results aligned with global best practices and industry standards.
